Homeowner led sewer repair financial assistance program, limited availability.
• *MCES Grant (Private Property I&I Grant): 50% of the repair cost up to $5000. City will send application to qualified homeowners, which is available for a limited time only. Once funds run out, it closes. The city needs to see a pre-video for approval status. The contractor submits the estimate with the permit application.
