Homeowners are responsible for applications, fees, & gathering three bids. The city will provide payment directly to the contractor on your behalf. The contractor is responsible for submitting the repair’s completed invoice to the city on behalf of the homeowner.
• MCES Grant: 50% of the repair cost up to $5000 – city will send application to qualified homeowners – available for a limited time only, once funds run out, it closes
