• MCES Grant: 50% of the repair cost up to $5000 – for private property owners meeting income eligibility criteria, the grant award may increase up to $10,000 – available for a limited time only, once funds run out, it closes – 3 bids required

St. Anthony requires an Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) sewer inspection video for all home sales, to be submitted to the City for review.
