If you suspect a sewer obstruction or backup and do not know where the blockage is, contact the City of Stillwater Sewer Department before contacting a drain cleaning company. Call Public Works at (651) 275-4100, Monday through Friday from 7AM-3PM. After hours, on weekends or holidays call (612) 419-8581. City crews will be dispatched to assess the situation.
Stillwater requires an Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) sewer inspection video for all home sales, to be submitted to the City for review.
