If your sewer is backed up, please call Public Works (651) 747-3650 who will respond at no charge. If the blockage is not in the City's main line, you will be instructed to contact a sewer cleaning service to remove the blockage from your private line.
White Bear Lake does not require Inflow & Infiltration (I&I) sewer certification for home sales.
